Excellent stuff Ian. I've been asking around for something like this for the last 6 months (really).

Everybody told me it can't be done, can only be done on Wordpress and Helpdesks I was told...

Grrrh!, serves my right for not following my own instinct, now you've gone and done it.

You could even use on an exit pop for non-buyers to see why they didn't buy, etc. and still get their contact info. :)

This is an idea that was waiting to happen.

Blogs have had this functionality all wrapped up for too long. About time our regular sites were able to use it.
